Over the Christmas holiday season (15 December – 15 January) M Hotel Onrus requires a minimum stay of 5 nights to secure a booking. For the rest of the year there is no minimum required stay.
A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
Deposits are non-refundable
Balance of accommodation account is payable on departure
Cancellation within 21 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, full accommodation payable
We are able to guarantee a specific room for stays of five nights or more (if it is available)
In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be payable
We accept the following credit cards (VISA & MasterCard,).
M Hotel Onrus will accept packages for guests during their stay, but not before or after their stay. Any packages arriving before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender."
Yes you may request to reserve a room or request a quote. If we have not replied to confirm your reservation, we may not have received it, so please call to confirm if you have not heard back from us within the following 24 hours.
Yes, if paying with a credit card we are viable to check the credit cards validity. There are also numerous other ways to pay as long as we receive a proof of payment from you your booking will be successful. Please contact us for further details on payment options.
No. However, there are numerous shuttle services operating between Hermanus and Cape Town airport. While you are encouraged to research and find the company right for you, below are a few services suggested by previous customers:
